funnls is the marketing operations layer for DTC brands. Once Klaviyo is connected, funnls reads your performance data and – with your approval – writes campaigns, builds flows, and manages segments on your behalf.

How to connect Klaviyo to funnls

   Sign up for funnls

   Create your account at app.funnls.ai. Connect your Shopify store first (also one click) so funnls has the catalog and customer data it uses to draft Klaviyo content.

   Click 'Connect Klaviyo'

   Inside funnls, go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect Klaviyo. You'll be redirected to Klaviyo's secure OAuth consent screen.

   Approve access

   Sign in to your Klaviyo account if prompted, then review the requested scopes. Click Allow to authorize funnls. Klaviyo redirects you back to funnls automatically.

   Wait ~30 seconds for the first sync

   funnls pulls your last 90 days of campaigns, flows, and subscriber data. The dashboard populates immediately; deeper historical data fills in over the next few minutes.

How to use funnls with Klaviyo

Once Klaviyo is connected, the data shows up across four places inside funnls. There's nothing to configure – just open these pages and your Klaviyo numbers will be there alongside the rest of your marketing stack.

• Analytics → Top performers

  Your highest-revenue campaigns ranked alongside Shopify products and Meta / Google ads. Click any campaign tile to see its open rate, click rate, revenue, and the audience that saw it.

• Analytics → Audience breakdown

  Klaviyo lists and segments shown next to ad-set audiences and customer cohorts from Shopify. See where revenue per recipient is strongest and which audiences funnls recommends doubling down on.

• Analytics → Reports

  Monthly review decks that read like an agency report – every Klaviyo campaign and flow rolled up into channel-level email + SMS performance, with quarterly and yearly summary views.

• Analytics → Recommendations + Journal

  The funnls AI marketing director surfaces Klaviyo-specific actions each week (which campaign to resend, which flow to revisit, which list to clean). You tick them off, drop notes, and end-of-week funnls writes a wrap-up.

What Klaviyo data funnls uses

funnls reads the data below from your Klaviyo account. Each element is tied to a specific feature – we don't pull anything we don't use. Writes only happen when you explicitly approve a recommendation that creates or edits a Klaviyo resource.

Want to see exactly which scopes funnls requested on your Klaviyo connection? Open Klaviyo → Account → Integrations → funnls. You can review and revoke any scope at any time.

Disconnecting funnls + data deletion

You can disconnect funnls from Klaviyo at any time. Two ways:

1. Inside funnls: go to Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo and click Disconnect. funnls calls Klaviyo's /oauth/revoke endpoint to invalidate both the access and refresh tokens, then purges them from Supabase Vault and removes the integration row.
2. Inside Klaviyo: go to Account → Integrations → funnls → Remove. Klaviyo invalidates the tokens immediately. The next time a funnls job tries to fetch data the integration auto-marks itself as needs_reconnect and stops further requests.

What gets deleted on disconnect:

• Klaviyo access token + refresh token (hard-deleted from Supabase Vault, not soft-flagged).
• The integration row in funnls, including account ID and scope list.
• Cached Klaviyo-sourced rows in the analytics tables (campaigns, metrics, flows) are retired but not immediately purged – they fall out of the rolling 13-month analytics window. To request full deletion, email support@funnls.ai and we'll purge within 30 days per our data-deletion policy.

Security and data handling

funnls uses standard OAuth 2.0 with PKCE for the Klaviyo connection. Your access token is stored encrypted in Supabase Vault (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit) and rotated every 24 hours.

We never store the API key in plaintext. You can revoke the connection at any time from Settings → Integrations → Disconnect in funnls, or directly inside Klaviyo. Disconnecting stops new data immediately.

The Klaviyo integration is free during beta. funnls itself is free to use while we're in early access; paid plans launch in late 2026 and start at $99/month. Existing accounts keep grandfathered free access.
